MEMBERSHIP

APPLICATION PROCESS

     Membership in the Audinometry Program requires the successful completion of this 4-step application process.  All information is confidential.  Information about fees is below.

1. Print out the application form below and fill out completely.  If you do not have a printer, email, mail or call us and ask us to mail you a copy of the application form.  Remember to include your name and address in the email.  For mailed requests, a self-addressed stamped envelope would be helpful (but not required).
    

2. Prepare 1-3 photos, at least 5x7 headshots, to mail with your application.       (* Note on this below.)
    

3. Please send $95 fee,  photos and completed application  to:

4. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your application to be processed and for lesson material to reach you.   In order to insure your mail is deliverable to the Eureka Society post office box, please use the official postal service of your country.  Do not use private commercial carriers such as UPS or FedEx.  If this presents a problem, please contact us.

* A note about the photos.  They are used by Bruce Avenell, the founder of The Eureka Society, to take a look at you spiritually and be alerted to any special problems.  This will enable us to personalize your spiritual instruction and facilitate your spiritual progress.  They are used for no other purposes.  Your right to privacy will not be violated.

PROGRAM FEES

     So that your obligation to The Eureka Society is met and balanced in the physical world, and leaves no future spiritual debt, the following fees for the Audinometry Program apply.  There is an initial $50 registration fee, and a monthly $45 instruction fee.  The total initial startup fee is $95, which includes the registration fee and the first month's instruction fee.  To clarify, this initial $95 fee does not pay for the whole program.  The monthly $45 fee covers the cost of the regular monthly instruction you receive.

     In addition, international students can order online, but there are additional processing fees involved for both initial registration and recurring monthly charges.  See the Order Form for particulars.

     Since The Eureka Society is a non-profit organization, additional contributions are certainly always welcome, and of course, are tax deductible.  However, there are no additional fees in Lesson I and II.  Click here for the Application Form.
