Playing alone in my sandbox in the
back yard when I was eight years old, I realized I was living in a dream.
All about me were illusions of the dream. I tried to come awake.
There seemed to be no way. The dream went on and on. Then when I was fourteen years old, I made an incredible discovery.
The whistling, ringing, wind in the pine trees sound, that is always
there, is the beacon from and to reality. With great relief I
realized there was a way home after all. In spite of all the
